By working with fully approved fisheries, we bring you the best of the day’s catch.
Our quality assurance team carefully monitors every step of the production process right from receiving the seafood products up until dispatching the product. All seafood products are meticulously evaluated for quality at every stage of processing and we employ a fully computerized data handling system to guarantee our customers total traceability of products. Our quality ensures that we not only satisfy our customers but we also assure them because to us, customer satisfaction and safety is of key priority.
Our in-house laboratories are equipped with specially selected laboratory equipment and our skilled analysts work hard to ensure utmost quality and safety. Operating under the rules and regulations of the Sri Lankan Ministry of Fisheries, our company’s food and safety management system has been developed in agreement with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 6 and ISO 22000:2005 standard that is applied to our diverse portfolio of products. Moreover, we only accept fish from approved landing sites and we ensure that all the catch is from Non IUU vessels. All our seafood products are examined by our Quality Control Unit for Mercury and Histamine levels right at the receiving point.
Health and hygiene is of utmost importance to us and we take great care in working in compliance with every legal food safety requirement throughout every aspect of our business operation. Our health and safety management system is completely documented and contains a procedure manual, quality manual, HACCP forms, manuals and formats.
